Valid Maryland Property & Casualty and Life & Health producer licenses.

Demonstrated success in building and managing a local insurance agency or sales branch.

Deep familiarity with the Elkton, MD community and local market dynamics.

Proficiency in agency management systems and digital lead tracking tools.

Strong leadership background with the ability to mentor and guide sales producers.

Clear understanding of commercial and personal lines underwriting guidelines.

Oversee daily agency operations in our Elkton office to ensure smooth, high-quality service for all clients.

Develop and execute local growth strategies that expand our presence within Cecil County.

Recruit, train, and support a team of dedicated sales producers to help them reach their professional goals.

Maintain high standards of policy retention by fostering genuine connections with our long-term clients.

Analyze sales metrics and market trends to adjust our product offerings and outreach efforts effectively.

Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local business gatherings to strengthen our neighborhood ties.
