Salary Range: $220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Solid experience in consultative sales, ideally within the insurance sector.

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Advanced proficiency in using digital tools to manage client portfolios and documentation.

Capacity to work effectively in our Reading, PA office location.

Commitment to ongoing learning and industry certification.

Build and nurture a portfolio of clients by understanding their unique risk profiles and insurance needs.

Educate local residents on coverage options to ensure they are adequately protected for the future.

Prepare clear, accurate quotes that provide genuine value rather than just a baseline price.

Address client inquiries with empathy, clarity, and thoroughness.

Engage with the Reading community to foster trust and long-term brand presence.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policy changes and market trends to serve as a reliable resource for your clients.
