Job Overview

Farmers Insurance is building a national recruiting team as part of one of the most ambitious growth initiatives in the company's history — and we're looking for experienced, high-output recruiters who are ready to be part of something big.

This is not a passive, post-and-pray recruiting role. We are building a full-scale recruiting operation from the ground up, and we need people who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments, know how to work a pipeline, and have the drive to hit aggressive goals week over week.

As a Recruiter on this team you will be sourcing, qualifying, and signing Protege candidates — aspiring insurance professionals who will be trained and developed into Farmers agents. You will work within a structured, standardized recruiting system with clear daily activity expectations, weekly scorecards, and measurable conversion targets at every stage of the funnel.

This is a fully remote, salaried position.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 per year

Requirements

What we need from you

  • Proven track record of hitting goals — you must know your numbers and be able to speak to them
  • Stong Recruiting or Sales background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-managed, remote-ready, and coachable
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across a high-volume pipeline
  • Proactive problem-solver
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
  • Lastly, we are not afraid to train the right person. If you are highly driven, ready to buckle in and get things done, and coachable - this may just be the team you belong on.
Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

  • Source and engage candidates daily across multiple channels
  • Qualify candidates quickly and move them through a structured pipeline with urgency
  • Present a compelling opportunity and close committed candidates
  • Manage your pipeline from first contact through signed commitment
  • Hit weekly production targets and participate in a high-accountability team environment
