In partnership with Farmers Insurance, this role is designed for individuals who want more than just a job—you’ll gain the skills, experience, and support needed to build a long-term career with a clear pathway to owning your own insurance agency.

This is a unique “earn while you learn” opportunity where you’ll develop real-world business skills while working toward financial independence and professional growth.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own and operate a business

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (training provided at no cost)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, or business experience (not required)

Interest in financial services, business ownership, or entrepreneurship

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Learn the fundamentals of insurance sales, customer service, and agency operations

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand and meet their insurance needs

• Develop sales and marketing strategies to grow your book of business

• Receive hands-on training in running a successful agency

• Work alongside experienced mentors and industry professionals

• Progress through a structured development program with milestone-based achievements
