Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
Demonstrated success in developing and mentoring sales teams.
Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to analyze sales data and implement strategic improvements.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Provide direct, hands-on mentorship and coaching to individual sales representatives.
Develop and implement targeted training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Foster a positive and motivating sales environment that encourages collaboration and achievement.
Guide the sales team in developing effective client relationships and closing strategies.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales mentorship strategies with overall business objectives.
