Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

Demonstrated ability to build, train, and motivate high-performing sales teams.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Experience within the [Industry specific, e.g., Hospitality, Commercial Real Estate] sector is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for The Atlantic District.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.

Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies for market penetration.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Manage the sales budget, forecasting, and reporting processes.
