Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Proven track record in sales leadership and team management.

Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.

Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team.

Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and surpass ambitious sales goals.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach and customer base.

Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages continuous improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on sales objectives and company goals.
