Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans that achieve company objectives.
Proven ability to build, train, and manage high-performing sales teams.
Exceptional understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong financial acumen and experience with sales forecasting and budgeting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Based in or willing to relocate to the Boston, Massachusetts area.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share within the assigned territory.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, serving as a primary point of contact for high-level negotiations.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring profitable growth and efficient resource allocation.
Report regularly to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
