Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans that achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Exceptional ability to recruit, train, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Based in or willing to relocate to the Arlington, Virginia area.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share for The Atlantic District.
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Set clear performance goals and metrics for the sales team, monitoring progress and providing regular feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, making data-driven decisions.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
Manage the sales budget and ensure profitable growth.
