Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Proven success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Demonstrated leadership or team management experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.

Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve ambitious targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Burlington market.

Coach and mentor sales team members, fostering their professional growth.

Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to leadership.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the local community.

Ensure a consistently high level of customer service and satisfaction.
