Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies.

Exceptional understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding a sales team.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
