Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Proven track record in sales leadership or management.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.

Ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.

Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.

Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and drive overall business growth.
