Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Demonstrated experience in sales leadership or management roles.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service techniques.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious targets.

Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to expand the company's customer base.

Recruit, train, and mentor new sales agents, fostering a high-performance culture.

Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.

Identify emerging markets and opportunities for growth.

Ensure adherence to company policies and sales best practices.
