Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Demonstrated experience in sales management, leading and motivating teams.
Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and pipeline management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve individual and team goals.
Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with broader company initiatives.
