Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Requirements

Proven success in sales leadership and team management.

Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and motivate a sales force.

Strong understanding of sales principles and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Residency or willingness to relocate to Bridgeport, Connecticut.

A history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to achieve ambitious revenue goals.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Bridgeport market.

Recruit, onboard, and provide ongoing training and coaching to new agents.

Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

Foster a positive and productive team environment that encourages collaboration and high achievement.

Manage operational aspects of the agency, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the community.
