Salary Range: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership or agency management.

Proven track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams.

Strong understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic growth plans.

Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity suites.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base in the Philadelphia region.

Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped for success.

Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages motivation and accountability.

Analyze sales data and market intelligence to identify opportunities and challenges, adjusting strategies as needed.

Oversee daily operations of the regional agency, ensuring efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
