Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruiting, with a focus on sales roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
Effective organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
Ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse range of candidates.
Candidate Sourcing: Actively search for potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Interview Coordination: Arrange and conduct interviews with prospective candidates, ensuring a positive and inviting experience.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relations with candidates and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and expectations.
Recruitment Strategy: Assist in developing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to The Atlantic District.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment pipelines, ensuring an organized approach to hiring.
Onboarding Support: Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
