Experience: Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, particularly in the insurance industry, is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required for engaging with potential candidates and internal teams.
Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage the recruitment process.
