Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements

•Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers

•Ability to achieve high sales targets

•Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

•Must be coachable

•Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening

•Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

•Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities

•Engage with a steady stream of new leads.

•Leverage a comprehensive portfolio of more than 10,000 life insurance prospects.

•Create customized insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and successfully close deals.

•Build strong client relationships and conduct timely follow-ups as necessary.

•Assess prospects' needs to uncover and leverage sales opportunities.
