As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in our mission to provide outstanding insurance solutions. This position offers a base salary of $30,000/year plus commission, with additional earning potential tied to your success. Top performers can make $70,000+ You’ll also receive a $500 signing bonus upon joining our team.

Requirements
  • Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
  • Must be teachable, personable, and passionate about sales.
  • Exhibit diligence, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Hold an active insurance license (required prior to starting).
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A willingness to ask questions, embrace challenges, and pursue continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Contact leads to establish relationships and close sales.
  • Assess client needs to recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Process renewals and policy add-ons for existing customers.
  • Assist clients with claims by guiding them through filing and compensation processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to track business performance.
  • Comply with company policies and HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
