• Be willing to obtain a Texas Property and Casualty License and retain the license by meeting the continuing education requirements
• Insurance experience is not required. Must be willing to learn and be coachable.
• 1+ years of prior sales experience
• Ability to multitask and be adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines, and technology.
• Get along with other employees and be a team player
• Ability to work independently, be a self-starter with the motivation to reach and exceed goals

• Provide exemplary service and educate & advise clients on their policies
• Prospect for new business from referrals, networking, warm leads, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Build client relationships and maintain client retention and product loyalty
• Meet sales goals and phone time established by management
