Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance sector.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance products and services.

Problem Solving: Assist clients with any issues or concerns regarding their insurance policies, providing solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
Documentation: Accurately document all client interactions and transactions, managing data within our CRM system.
Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their continued trust and loyalty.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to provide comprehensive service, sharing insights and strategies that enhance client satisfaction.
