Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance sector.

Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance products and services.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve customer issues promptly.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage customer accounts meticulously.

Team Player: Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Serve as the primary liaison between our commercial clients and the agency, ensuring all inquiries are addressed courteously and efficiently.

Account Management: Oversee client accounts by maintaining current information, processing renewals, and addressing policy-related questions.

Problem Solving: Assist clients with any issues or concerns regarding their insurance policies, providing solutions and ensuring satisfaction.

Documentation: Accurately document all client interactions and transactions, managing data within our CRM system.

Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their continued trust and loyalty.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members to provide comprehensive service, sharing insights and strategies that enhance client satisfaction.

Knowledge Expansion: Stay informed about the latest industry developments, ensuring that clients receive accurate and up-to-date information.
