Your base salary will range from $36,000-$40,000 and our top earners made $60,000-$75,000 in commission the last year..

Salary Range: $54,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Minnesota Property & Casualty & Life/Health licenses are a bonus. We will help getting you licensed if you currently do not have them.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude, a great self starter and self motivated.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn. One year of sale experience is preferred.

• Building a base of clients by using various successful marketing systems.
• Create insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, networking and other proven sales methods.
• Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone, email or in person meetings.
