Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

• Current 4-40 License, as required by the State Department of Insurance, to effectively service clients, or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment.

• Experience in the insurance industry a plus

• Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn other appropriate insurance company and firm software systems

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Provide information about insurance policies, coverage, and procedures.
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and general account management.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive service.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
