Job Requirements:

· General Lines Property & Casualty Texas insurance license is required.

· Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

· Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

· Capable of handling customer rejection.

· Strong verbal and written communication.

· General Lines Life, Accident, Health license not required but highly beneficial.

Job Responsibilities:

· Meet new business production goals and objectives set with your Agency owner.

· Develop insurance quotes, make customer presentations, and close sales.

· Contact prospective customers by telephone, email and/or text.

· Grow sales revenue by personal relationship building with potential customers

· Follow-up to assure customer has information, answers to questions and insurance solutions to meet their needs.
