We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to own and grow a book of commercial lines accounts within our specialized insurance practice. You will serve as the trusted advisor for a highly engaged client base — including company owners and CFOs — who expect real expertise, not just policy administration.
This role has a direct line to leadership and genuine influence over how we grow and serve our niche. If you’re an experienced commercial lines professional who wants to go deep in a specific industry rather than manage a generic book, this is the role for you.
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

REQUIRED
• 5+ years of commercial lines insurance account management experience at an agency or brokerage
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, multi-line commercial accounts
• Strong communication skills — you can explain complex coverage issues to non-insurance clients without jargon
• Proficiency in agency management systems (AMS360 experience a significant plus)
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
• Serve as primary relationship manager for a dedicated book of P&C commercial lines accounts in the IT and engineering staffing and IT solutions industry
RENEWAL & COVERAGE MANAGEMENT
• Lead full renewal process: submission preparation, market negotiation, proposal development, and binding
GROWTH & RETENTION
• Drive client retention through exceptional service and proactive outreach
