Requirements
  • HOA industry experiencedeep understanding of how HOA boards and property management companies operate.
  • SaaS sales experiencetrack record of success selling SaaS to mid-sized or enterprise clients.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to conferences and customer sites
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and close new SaaS sales opportunities in the HOA management sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property management companies, software partners, and industry influencers.
  • Represent TechCollect.ai at CAI, industry conferences, and software conferences that are held nationally and regionally.
  • Consistent follow up on warm leads that are generated from marketing
  • Deliver engaging product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide customer feedback and shape product direction.
  • Build a sales playbook that creates a sustainable sales engine
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
