Requirements
We are seeking someone who:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA or CMA designation preferred).
- 2–4 years of accounting experience, with exposure to financial processes and collaboration with leadership.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software, MS Office, and financial analysis.
- Solid understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and compliance regulations.
- Proven experience in cash flow management, payroll processes, and financial reporting.

- As the Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for the company’s financial management and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our accounting processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Client Deposit and Remittance Management: Ensure accurate handling and processing of client deposits and remittances.
- Financial Management and Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop budgets and maintain accurate financial forecasts in collaboration with leadership.
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and support business strategies.
- Corporate Accounting Support: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Payroll and Staff Benefit Management: Oversee payroll processes and manage employee benefit programs.
- Task List Management: Maintain and organize tasks within client accounting software to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
