As an Agent Trainee at the Taylor Snure Agency, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional insurance solutions to our clients. In this role, you’ll focus on building strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and customizing insurance plans for comprehensive protection. With mentorship from one of the top agencies in the state, you’ll gain invaluable experience in insurance sales and the fundamentals of running a successful agency. This position offers a clear pathway to agency ownership, allowing you to eventually establish and lead your own Farmers agency. Your work will not only help protect individuals and families but also pave the way for your future as an agency owner!

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
