Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Professional office experience preferred, Insurance experience a plus. 
• Basic computer and technical skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed. 
• minimum 3 years office/customer service experience required.
• a P&C license is preferred, but we are willing to pay for and help train to obtain the P&C license. This license is a requirement of this position within 12 months.
• this position is an 'in office' position.

• Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing certificates of insurance. 
• Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention. 
• Responding to inquiries, solving or referring problems, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. 
• Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding. 
• Assisting clients with policy changes, claims, and payments.
