• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License or a strong intent to obtain one
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
• Familiarity with personal lines products and processes
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience using an agency management system is preferred

• Manage and service a book of commercial lines clients, including quoting, policy changes, and renewals
• Provide support on personal lines accounts as needed
• Communicate with clients and carriers to ensure timely and accurate service
• Help identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and underwriting guidelines
