Taylor Farmers Agency was established in September 2016 and has since achieved President's Council status for four consecutive years. We quote around 800 households per month, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.

We are seeking a motivated and Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our award-winning team. This role offers a base pay of $2,500 per month, with additional commission and bonus opportunities based on your percentage of premium/life appointments sold. We provide a supportive environment with warm leads and a strong emphasis on achieving sales goals.

Requirements
  • License Requirements: An active Texas Property and Casualty License and previous sales experience with job tenure is required to be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
  • Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to close sales.
