Taylor Agency is seeking a dedicated and personable Commercial CSR to join our dynamic team in Ridgefield, Washington. As a locally owned and operated insurance agency, we have been serving the community for over 20 years, building strong relationships with our clients and providing exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our commercial insurance clients. You will work closely with business owners and key stakeholders, assisting them with their insurance needs, answering inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Hands on Training

- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and build relationships

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage is a plus. If not will be trained

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach

- Providing excellent customer service to commercial insurance clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns

- Assisting business owners and key stakeholders with their insurance needs, including policy changes, claims, and coverage reviews

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty

- Collaborating with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and provide accurate information to clients

- Handling policy renewals and endorsements, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
