Each day you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as needed. Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Process customer policy change requests.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Take premium payments from customers.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Attend training and continuing education courses.
