The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

• 2+ years of commercial roofing repair experience preferred
• Knowledge of various commercial roofing systems
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot roofing issues independently
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Perform repairs and maintenance on commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and metal roofs
• Identify roof issues, leaks, and structural concerns, and recommend appropriate repair solutions
• Complete service calls in a timely and professional manner
• Document work performed, including photos and detailed reports
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients
• Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition
