Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Process and verify invoices accurately and in a timely manner

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Assist with weekly check runs and ACH payments

Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding billing issues

Support the accounting team with additional tasks as needed
