Requirements

Customer Service: Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Professionalism: Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced office environment.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and support colleagues in a team-oriented setting.

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Licensed agent is a plus but must be willing to study to get license within 45 days.

Spanish speaker is not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining office organization, handling incoming calls, and managing office reports.

Appointment Scheduling: Manage the office calendar efficiently, ensuring all appointments are accurately recorded and confirmed.

Customer Service: Provide a high level of service to clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient office operations and a welcoming environment for all.
