Our growing Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for an exceptional Office Manager to become a key part of our team. This is not just an administrative role — this is a leadership opportunity for someone who wants to help build and grow a successful agency.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, organized, coachable, and confident in sales. The right person will become my right-hand partner in running the agency, helping manage daily operations while also working directly with clients and supporting new business growth.

Salary Range: $42,000.00 per year
