Job Overview

I am seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join my team. As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our agency and helping deliver exceptional service to our clients and prospects. You will be working hand in hand with the agent and helping with the daily operations and helping ensure the overall success of the agency.

Salary Range: $38,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflows for yourself and others.
  • Helping answering phones/emails and texts ensuring the clients are taken care of in a timely manner.
  • Be a master problem solver to figure issues out, that come up.
  • Selling policies to potential clients and going through sales presentation.
  • Work sales systems to follow up and contact potential clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the agency team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Process and file insurance documentation, applications, and policies.
  • Maintain and organize client files and records in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate agent or department.
  • Assist with billing and accounting tasks, including invoicing, tracking payments, and preparing financial reports.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure all necessary resources are available for the team.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts, including social media updates, promotions, and client communications.
  • Help with the onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless experience throughout the process.
  • Handle other office-related tasks as needed.
