Experience: Minimum of 2 years in event marketing, brand ambassador roles, or related fields.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities to engage and captivate diverse audiences.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally and occasionally work on weekends.
Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing strategies and customer engagement techniques.
Team Player: Strong capability to work collaboratively with team members and external partners.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute off-site events aimed at promoting the Allstate brand and enhancing its local presence.

Market Research: Identify and explore new opportunities for brand promotion through community outreach and event participation.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to expand our network and brand influence.
