Salary Range: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Valid Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A patient and empathetic demeanor when assisting customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Assist policyholders with questions regarding their policies, coverage, and billing.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Support licensed agents with administrative tasks related to customer accounts.
- Educate customers on policy details and available options to ensure they have the right coverage.
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records within our system.
