Compensation & Earnings Potential

• Total Compensation: $55,000 – $75,000+ (base + commission + bonuses)
• Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000
• Commission:
• Entry-Level: $10,000 – $20,000 annually
• Experienced Agents: $20,000+ annually
• Top Performers: $75,000+ earning potential

Uncapped commission structure + performance bonuses.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 License (required)
• 2+ years of P&C insurance sales experience or Allstate Insurance Sales experience is preferred
• Strong closing skills and ability to build rapport

• Tech-savvy and able to manage leads and follow-ups efficiently

• Develop and maintain client relationships via phone, email, and virtual communication
• Educate clients on insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage
• Close new business and manage policy updates
• Cross-sell and upsell within existing client base
• Handle inbound leads from internet and live transfer sources
• Collaborate with customer service and leadership teams
