Location: Fully Remote (Supporting Royal Palm Beach & Jupiter, FL Offices)

License Required: Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 License

Experience: 2+ years in P&C Insurance (Allstate experience preferred but not required)

Compensation & Earnings Potential

  • Total Compensation: $50,000 – $65,000 (base + bonuses)
  • Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 (based on experience)
  • Performance Bonuses: $5,000 – $10,000 annually
  • Higher earning potential for experienced representatives

This is a service-focused role with limited sales expectations.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 License (required)
  • More than 2+ years of insurance or customer service experience or has Allstate CSR experience is preferred
  • Strong communication (verbal and written)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
  • Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others
Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding service and support to policyholders
  • Handle client inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance guidelines
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up to date with insurance products and agency processes
