Compensation & Earnings Potential

• Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 total compensation (base + bonuses)
• Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 (based on experience)
• Performance Bonuses: Typically $5,000 – $10,000 annually based on retention, service quality, and account growth
• Experienced Representatives: Higher earning potential based on tenure and performance

Compensation includes base salary + performance bonuses (this is a service-focused role with limited sales expectations).

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Provide outstanding service and support to policyholders
• Manage daily client inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and documentation
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and compliance

• Valid Florida 2-20 or 4-40 P&C License
• 2+ years of experience in insurance or customer service preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
