What We're Looking For:

Valid Florida 220 P&C License

2+ years of experience in insurance or customer service preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others

What You'll Do:

Provide outstanding service and support to policyholders

Manage daily client inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and documentation

Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention

Stay up to date with product knowledge and compliance
