What You Need:

Active Florida 220 P&C License

Proven experience in insurance sales (preferred but not required)

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently

Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Familiarity with CRM and digital tools is a plus

Proactively call warm leads and follow up with prospects

Educate clients about policy options and recommend tailored insurance solutions

Collaborate with our service team to ensure client satisfaction
