What Were Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in Florida homeowners insurance sales
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for success
• A strong competitive spirit and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
• Must hold a valid Florida 2-20 or 20-44 insurance license

What You'll Be Doing:

• Selling a minimum of 20 new homeowner policies each month
• Cross-selling additional personal lines, including auto, motorcycle, boat, and golf cart insurance
• Quoting and binding policies using Allstate and partner systems
• Educating clients to help them understand their coverage options and tailoring solutions to their needs
• Following up with warm leads and fostering lasting client relationships
