Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements

Qualifications:


Must have an active 220 or 440 license.


Experience in homeowners insurance, customer service, or policy retention is preferred.


Strong communication and problem-solving skills.


Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.


Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and policy servicing is a plus.


Proficiency in insurance management systems and basic office software.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


Customer Outreach - Contact policyholders regarding overdue payments, policy changes, and renewal options to ensure continuous coverage.


Underwriting Assistance - Work with underwriting teams to resolve policy issues, missing documents, and eligibility concerns.


Non-Renewal Management - Assign and coordinate non-renewals for potential rewrite opportunities, ensuring clients maintain coverage.


Policy Retention - Identify at-risk policies and develop strategies to improve customer retention.

Agent & Client Support - Assist agents and clients with policy questions, endorsements, and general account management.


Compliance & Documentation - Ensure all interactions and policy adjustments are properly documented in accordance with company and industry regulations.
