What Were Looking For:

• Active Florida 220 General Lines license (required)
• Previous insurance or customer service experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Proactive mindset and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and collaborative spirit
• Ability to work full-time in our Jupiter, FL office

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver a world-class experience to our clients every day
• Process policy changes, renewals, payments, and service requests
• Proactively review accounts to ensure clients are fully protected
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
• Identify opportunities to retain and cross-sell coverage where appropriate
• Support the sales team in achieving agency goals
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system
