Licensing Must hold a valid Florida 220 Property & Casualty License
Experience: Previous customer service experience, ideally within an insurance environment
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Customer-Centric: Proven passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining high retention rates
Problem-Solving: Skilled in analyzing client needs and providing effective solutions
Teamwork: Able to work collaboratively with team members to support a positive service environment

Documentation: Maintain detailed records by updating client interactions and actions taken in the company's database for future reference
