Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing Must hold a valid Florida 220 Property & Casualty License

Experience: Previous customer service experience, ideally within an insurance environment

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Customer-Centric: Proven passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining high retention rates

Problem-Solving: Skilled in analyzing client needs and providing effective solutions

Teamwork: Able to work collaboratively with team members to support a positive service environment

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer interaction tools

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Provide accurate and relevant solutions in a friendly, professional manner by actively listening to client inquiries

Client Retention: Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by implementing strategies that promote high levels of client retention

Problem Solving: Coordinate with various departments to efficiently resolve customer issues and follow up to confirm resolution

Documentation: Maintain detailed records by updating client interactions and actions taken in the company's database for future reference

Feedback Collection: Collect feedback on service quality and client needs to help guide ongoing service improvements

Service Excellence: Demonstrate a strong knowledge of company offerings and industry trends to consistently deliver the highest standards of service
