Our Farmers agency owner in Fresno is currently looking for a talented, caring individual to join their agency team where you'll play an important role in the operation of the agency. In partnership with the agency owner, you'll set strategy and initiate best practices for customer contact and then using your analytical skills, monitor and measure the overall effectiveness of agency loyalty initiatives and customer satisfaction efforts with the ultimate goal of continuously strengthening and enhancing customer relationships.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements:

• Current Property & Casualty, Life Agent or Personal Lines Insurance licenses Preferred
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Good operational computing skill (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Internet Browsers)
• Work well with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience
• Confident self-starter who works well independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with customers
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing verification
• Become familiar with products, services, and systems
• Contribute to agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling, and new initiatives
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
